Hi,
I have had throbbing pain in my hip/groin area for two weeks. MRI and XRays were both negative for bone damage and I have yet to be really diagnosed with anything specific due to the deep pain that I feel and the difficulty in pinpointing a specific target area. My question is this: does the sciatic nerve cross the front of your hip/pelvis, down the side of your hip? I am almost certain my injury is nerve related but I am clueless on what nerves run along or near the pelvis and hip. Can you enlighten me on anything I don't know?
